Caroline Ruijgrok (NL) used her residency to experiment with playful working methods, creating makeshift instruments that allow the (plastic) properties of the material to have a say. She explored ways to solidify movement, enlarging scribbles to physical gestures. Ruijgrok used the mechanical extruder, forcing a balance between control and chance.
