With this form you apply for a residency from Thursday August 13th to Wednesday November 4th, 2026. Please note that EKWC can only accept digital applications. Make sure the application form has been completed in full and is accompanied by the requested documentation uploads. Administration fee of € 35,- to be paid by sending this form. Deadline: 31th May 2026, 23.59 (CEST).

If you are admitted, the documentation becomes property of EKWC. If your application is not complete or in compliance with these conditions, we will regretfully refuse it for review.
