This application form, your portfolio and CV, should be submitted at the same time. All text should be in English or Dutch. Please do not send any separate and/or additional materials (i.e., catalogues, brochures, folders, etc.).

Please let us know if there is anything we should consider when arranging your 13-week residency. If you have been selected, EKWC will schedule your residency between November 2027 and November 2028. While we will take your notes into account, please be aware that scheduling is subject to availability.

Selected participants are required to contribute €6,708.24 (incl. 21% VAT) towards the costs of the thirteen-week residency. The actual costs of a residency are substantially higher; but thanks to public funding from the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and the Province of North Brabant, most of these costs are covered by an EKWC grant. Additionally, we request an advance payment of €2,420.20 (incl. 21% VAT) for materials and firing costs. Actual material costs will be settled at the end of the residency. As the EKWC grant does not cover the full cost of participation, applicants are encouraged to seek additional funding in their country of residence or origin.
