This application form, your CV, work plan, and portfolio should be submitted at the same time. All text should be in English or Dutch. Please do not send any separate and/or additional materials (i.e., catalogues, brochures, folders, etc.).

The basic costs for a thirteen-week working period (including living and working space, technical instructions, and service costs) are € 23.777,95 including 21% VAT. If you are selected, you will receive an EKWC grant of up to €19.131,55 (including 21% VAT), consisting of subsidy funds from OCW, the province of North Brabant and the municipality of Oisterwijk. The remaining costs to be paid by the participant are €4646.40 (including 21% VAT). If your project application is linked to a commercial or public assignment (for public spaces), please apply for EKWC [Co]Lab. We will contact you after completing the selection procedure. In addition to the basic costs, we request an advance payment of €2.420,20 (incl. 21% VAT) from each resident for variable costs such as materials, 3D printing and milling, firing costs and for other services such as transport. To cover these costs, applicants/residents are welcomed to apply for funding from their countries of origin or residence. By submitting this application form you declare your awareness of the costs of a residency and your obligation to pay for the involved expenses.
