The EKWC collaborates with art academies, colleges, universities, the ceramic industry, various scientific research centers, museums and galleries. The collaboration takes place through internships, apprenticeships, student tours and supervision of PhD programs.
Internships and apprenticeships are also available within the institute. EKWC regularly offers masterclasses, workshops and introductory courses. Both project-based and on an ad hoc basis.
