On Saturday afternoon on May 25th from 2 PM to 5 PM, the EKWC will open the doors of the workshop. This afternoon there will be an opportunity to visit the studios and talk to the artists. In addition, there is work exhibited by participants who have just finished their work period. Many of these works have never been shown to the public before. This includes the work of Anja Petersen (DK), a fountain inspired by the series The Bachelor, a sound installation by Jesus Canuto Iglesias (ES) and Brigitte Louter (NL), a ritual performance by Lucas Garvey (IE), the written porcelain lacework of Milou van Ham (NL) and the first ceramic work by Marlou Breuls (NL) of House of Rubber. There are also new works exhibited in the permanent presentation by Koos Buster (NL), Daniel Mullen (UK/SCO), Sigrid Calon (NL) and Anina Major (BH),and many more.
The EKWC shop is open and at Koffiemiep you can enjoy lunch, cake or freshly roasted coffee. Plenty of reasons to visit Oisterwijk on May 25th.
