TEST CASE XXXVII 30 MAY 2026

For all you regular visitors, and for everyone who is curious to know what those artists and designers at EWKC are up to: May 30 is the next EKWC Test Case. The studios will be open and we will show several works that have been made in EKWC in previous months. 

The Test Case is a perfect moment to chat with the current residents: Yiming Yang, Maaike Kramer, Samya Moineaud, June Fischer, Daisy Smith, Maria Tyakina, Michelle Qin, Marina Sulima, Kim Dickey, Afra Eisma, Jan Steenman, Lu Ihwa, Chris Hoeben. 

We are also proud to announce the opening and premiere of De Gebakken Kamer (The Fired Room), a ceramic installation and short film made by C.T.H. Fransen in collaboration with Koos Buster. They decorated an entire room in ceramics, from the floor boards to the curtains and the breakfast table, and used it as the set for a short film, which premieres during this Test Case. 

Of course, the Test Case is a reunion as well of people who are connected to EKWC or simply love ceramics. So save the date! We are looking forward to see you.

Admission: free 

 During Test Case, the EKWC shop offers superfluous books from our library at a discount. Meanwhile, Koffiemiep serves lunch, cake and freshly roasted coffee.
